I provide individualized, outcome oriented ketamine and psychedelic integration therapy, tailored to each client's specific goals rather than a one size fits all protocol.
We begin by clarifying what you want your life to look like moving forward, then build a structured weekly integration plan around that vision, drawing on EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, and breathwork as needed.
EMDR supports processing of trauma or distressing memories that surface during your ketamine or psychedelic experience. IFS helps you understand and work with different parts of yourself, especially protective parts that emerge during change, while strengthening your connection to Self. Somatic therapy helps you track and release what your nervous system is holding, since integration happens in the body as well as the mind. Breathwork supports nervous system regulation and helps you stay embodied and connected to your insights.
Credentials: Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas and Colorado, trained in EMDR, IFS, somatic therapy, and breathwork facilitation, with experience supporting clients through ketamine assisted psychotherapy (KAP) and psychedelic integration.
Who I work with: Adults preparing for or processing a KAP session or psychedelic experience, including clients referred by KAP providers, clinics, and retreat centers.
How it works: An initial consultation to discuss your goals, followed by a weekly integration plan that adapts as your needs evolve, with regular check-ins to keep the work aligned with what you actually want to change.
Service area: Telehealth across Texas and Colorado, including Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Denver, Boulder, and Colorado Springs.

I offer individualized ketamine and psychedelic integration therapy for clients throughout Texas and Colorado via telehealth. Every client starts with a 50 minute initial consultation, where we discuss your ketamine or psychedelic experience, your history, and what you want to change in your life. From there, I build a weekly, goal directed integration plan tailored to your specific needs, whether you are preparing for an upcoming experience or working through one that already happened. Depending on what comes up in our work together, I draw on EMDR to process trauma or distressing memories, IFS to help you understand your internal parts and strengthen your connection to Self, somatic therapy to help your nervous system release what it is holding, and breathwork to support regulation and keep you embodied throughout the process. Ongoing weekly sessions allow us to track your progress and adjust the plan as your needs evolve, always with your original goals at the center of the work.
You can schedule a consultation by contacting us through our website, emailing, texting, or calling our office directly to discuss your needs and arrange an appointment.
Psychedelic integration therapy helps you take what surfaced during your ketamine or psychedelic experience and turn it into real, lasting change in your daily life. Without this kind of support, powerful insights can fade quickly, and the emotional or somatic material that arose can feel confusing or overwhelming to process alone. Working with an integration therapist gives you a structured, individualized space to make sense of what came up, whether that is a memory, an emotion, a new perspective on a relationship, or a felt sense in your body that is hard to put into words. It also helps you build a bridge between the experience itself and the goals you actually want to move toward, so the work does not stay abstract or theoretical.
Some of the specific benefits clients experience include: Clearer understanding of what surfaced during the experience, rather than being left to interpret it alone. Reduced risk of insights fading or getting lost once daily life resumes. Support processing difficult emotions, memories, or trauma that may have come up, using approaches like EMDR, IFS and somatic therapy. A stronger connection to your own internal parts and patterns, especially through IFS work, which helps you understand why certain reactions or protective behaviors show up.
Nervous system regulation and grounding through breathwork, so the experience settles into the body rather than staying only in the mind. A concrete, weekly plan that keeps your personal goals at the center, so the work stays focused on the changes you actually want to see.
Ongoing accountability and support as you translate insight into new habits, relationships, and ways of relating to yourself.
